2. Purpose and Legal Basis for Processing Personal Data

We process the following data: first name, last name, phone number, and email address for purposes necessary to carry out the recruitment process for institutions managed by the Data Controller, based on your consent.

For the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims, which constitutes the legitimate interest of the Data Controller, pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the Regulation.

Complaint handling – Article 6(1)(c) and (b) GDPR.

Analytics and cookies (Google Analytics/Meta Pixel, if enabled) – Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent).
Service communication and security – Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest).

3. Are You Required to Provide Personal Data?

Providing personal data is voluntary; however, it is necessary to participate in the recruitment process and for the purposes indicated above.

4. Categories of Recipients

The expected categories of recipients of the above-mentioned data are:

  • Employees and management of the Data Controller.
  • Entities providing the Data Controller with postal, courier, accounting, marketing, legal, or IT services.
  • Providers of analytical (Google) and marketing (Meta) tools.
  • Authorities authorized by law.

5. Transfers Outside the EEA

In connection with the use of Google/Meta tools, data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area based on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) and other mechanisms provided for under the GDPR. We apply appropriate safeguards, including pseudonymization and data minimization.

6. What Rights Do You Have?

You have the right to access the content of your data and obtain a copy thereof, as well as the right to rectify, erase, request restriction of processing, object to processing, and the right to data portability.

You also have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Consent may be withdrawn in writing or electronically by notifying the Data Controller.

7. Can You Lodge a Complaint and Where?

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority if you believe that the processing of your data violates the provisions of the Regulation.

8. How Long Will Your Data Be Processed and Stored?

  • Contact and recruitment data – for the duration of the case handling process, unless otherwise required by law.
  • Data processed for the purpose of establishing or defending claims – until the expiry of the statutory limitation periods.
  • Analytical data from cookies – in accordance with service settings or until consent is withdrawn (usually 14–26 months).

9. Will the Data Be Processed by Automated Means?

The above-mentioned data will be processed by automated means, including profiling. Such processing may be used, among other things, to evaluate information held or to be held by the Data Controller.

10. Cookies and Similar Technologies

The Service uses cookies for functional, statistical, and marketing purposes. Upon your first visit, we display a consent banner. You may manage your consents and cookie settings through the banner and your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may limit the functionality of the Service.
